The processing of this data is based on Your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can accept or reject Cookies and the respective data processing for the three purposes mentioned here separately.

We use the following Cookies:

  • PostHog
We use functions of the Posthog service which are provided by Posthog Inc, 965 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 USA ("Posthog") if You have given Your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Posthog can record and reflect Your behaviour on Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform. The storage of this data is limited in time and is only used to improve Our service based on Your needs.

For more information, please see Posthog's privacy policy: https://posthog.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) or Google Ireland Ltd (Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin, Ireland), or another Google LLC subsidiary ("Google"). When You access Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform for the first time and agree to Our use of Cookies, depending on Your Cookie settings, You will be assigned a Cookie with a unique user ID, i.e. a Google Analytics client ID.

We use Google Analytics with the "anonymizeIp()" extension. This means that IP addresses are processed in truncated form. The information generated by Cookies about Your use of Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by Your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

The legal basis for performing these analyses and using the results is Your consent Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.
  • Google Ads
    Google Adwords Conversions
We use Google Adwords from Google to draw attention to Our offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords) if You have given Your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our aim is to show You advertising that is of interest to You, to make Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform more interesting for You, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers." To do this, We use ad server Cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If You access Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform via a Google ad, Google Adwords will store a Cookie on Your computer. This Cookie usually stores the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information (indicating that the user no longer wishes to be targeted) as analysis values.

These Cookies enable Google to recognize Your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer's website and the Cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google can recognize that You have clicked on the ad and been redirected to that page. Ad server Cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify You personally.

We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations provided by Google. Based on these evaluations, We can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising material; in particular, We cannot identify users based on this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, Your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server.

    Google AdWords Remarketing
In addition to Google AdWords Conversion, We use the Google AdWords Remarketing application. This application allows Our advertisements to be displayed to You after You visit Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform and during Your subsequent Internet use. This is done by means of Cookies stored in Your browser, which Google uses to record and evaluate your usage behavior when visiting various websites. This allows Google to determine your previous visit to Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform. According to Google, the data collected as part of Google Remarketing is not merged with Your personal data that may be stored by Google (e.g., because you have registered for a Google service such as Gmail). According to Google, pseudonymization is used for remarketing.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing, as well as further information on Your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting Your privacy, can be found in Google's privacy policy for advertising: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/technologies/ads.
  • Google Tag Manager
On Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform We use Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. Google Tag Manager itself does not set any Cookies, but only tags, and does not collect any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at the domain or Cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

Google Tag Manager is used to play Cookies but only processes technical information and therefore does not require consent under TDDDG. The legal basis for the use of Google Tag Manager is therefore Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the uniform and proper integration of Cookies across different end devices.
  • Meta Pixel
We use the "Meta Pixel" service offered by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland ("Meta Ireland") if You have given Your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Meta Ireland's services are used in particular to present interest-based advertisements ("ads") to You when they access the social network Facebook (and the connected social network Instagram) on Facebook, Instagram and the connected advertising network (Audience Network), i.e. also on other online presences, and to measure and optimize the impact of these advertisements on conversions. We also use Meta Ireland's Custom Audience function to share target groups with interested partners. Only the names and sizes of target groups are shared in order to enable interest-based display of ads. No personal and/or statistical data is exchanged with the partners.

A corresponding tag from Meta Ireland has been implemented on Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform for this purpose. This tag is used to establish a direct connection to the Meta servers when You access Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform. It is transmitted to the Meta server that You have accessed Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform and how You have acted Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform.

Meta Ireland may link this data to Your user account on the social networks Facebook or Instagram and use it for its own purposes. The processing of Your data by Meta Ireland is explained in the data protection information at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Different data protection relationships exist between Meta Ireland and Us, depending on the specific processing purpose:

Meta Ireland and We are joint controllers with regard to the processing of personal event data for the creation of responsive audiences, delivery of commercial and transactional messages and personalization of features and content, and to improve and secure the Meta Products. The agreement concluded between Us and Meta Ireland in this context to determine the mutual responsibilities for compliance with the GDPR can be found at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum.
You can also find more information about the processing of personal data by Meta Ireland - including the legal basis for data processing and how You can assert Your rights as a data subject against Meta Ireland at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/?entry_point=data_policy_redirect&entry=0
In all other respects, Meta Ireland and We are each responsible for the processing of personal data.
  • TikTok Pixel
We use the TikTok Pixel if You have given Your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. It allows Us to track the actions of You after You are redirected to Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform by clicking on a TikTok ad. This enables Us to measure the effectiveness of TikTok advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize future advertising strategies.

TikTok Pixel establishes a direct connection between Your browser and the TikTok servers. The pixel receives information that You have visited a specific page on Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform or clicked on one of Our ads. TikTok then uses this data to display targeted and personalized advertising to You and to create interest-based user profiles.

The data collected from You is anonymous to Us and is only used to measure the effectiveness of the advertisements. TikTok also receives Your IP address and other information about Your device, such as the marketing identifier, the device You are using, the website You visited, and the time.

TikTok uses this data to identify users of Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform and link their actions to a TikTok user account. TikTok processes this data on its own responsibility from the moment it is transmitted. We have no influence on further processing by TikTok. Further information on data protection at TikTok can be found in TikTok's privacy policy at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/eea/privacy-policy/en.

We are jointly responsible with TikTok Technology Ireland and TikTok UK for the collection and transfer of data as part of this process. This applies to the following purposes:
    - Measurements and insight reporting
    - Collection and transfer of developer data and/or event data
The following processing operations are therefore not covered by joint processing:
    - Determining and improving the relevance of ads for individuals
    - Optimizing ad delivery by TikTok
    - Improving user safety, research, and development to maintain and improve the integrity of TikTok's products and services
We have entered into a joint responsibility agreement with TikTok, which is available here: https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/official/policy/jurisdiction-specific-terms.
This agreement sets out the respective responsibilities for fulfilling the obligations under the GDPR with regard to joint responsibility.

For Our Affiliate Program, We use the affiliate and referral tracking services provided by Rewardful Inc., Suite 3810 Bankers Hall West, 888 3rd Street SW, Calgary Alberta Canada T2P 5C5 ("Rewardful"). Rewardful enables Us to track referrals and affiliate commissions generated through links to Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform.

When a user follows an affiliate link to Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform, Rewardful may place Cookies and similar technologies on Your device to attribute any resulting purchases to the affiliate link. These Cookies do not collect personally identifiable information but are necessary to process commissions and for statistical analysis.

For further information on the collection and processing of data by Rewardful, please refer to Rewardful's privacy policy at https://www.rewardful.com/privacy.

The legal basis for using the services and results is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is running an affiliate marketing.

VIII. Obligation to provide data

In principle, You are not obliged to provide Us with data. However, failure to provide some personal data (e.g. contact details) would mean that no contract with You could be concluded. Furthermore, certain information is collected automatically when using Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform (e.g. Technical Data).

IX. International data transfers

We may transfer Your personal data to facilitate the provision of the Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to countries for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision (e.g. the United States for companies participating in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). In such cases, the European Commission has determined that an adequate level of data protection exists in the respective country. Where no adequacy decision exists for a recipient country, We rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission as appropriate safeguards. We may also implement additional technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Despite all precautions, international data transfers can be associated with certain risks, which We take into account when selecting and designing Our protection measures. To the extent that personal data is transferred abroad, We will ensure compliance with the requirements of Art. 44 GDPR et seqq. and applicable laws in the respective jurisdiction in line with Our obligations.

You can obtain copies of the Standard Contractual Clauses and further information on the applicable safeguards from Us upon request or on the website of the European Commission.

X. Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will not be transmitted or disclosed to third parties for purposes other than the ones mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Your data will only be disclosed to third parties in case of the following events:

  • If You expressly consented to the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
  • in case the disclosure is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or is required for legal representation while there is no indication to assume that You have a prevailing legitimate interest for the non-disclosure of Your data,
  • in case that the disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation that the controller is subject to according to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, or
  • if the processing of the data is legally admissible and necessary for the performance of a contract of which You are a contracting party (Art. 6 (1) sentence lit. b GDPR).

In addition, We may provide access to or share Your information with select third parties that use the information on Our behalf to assist in providing Our Website and/or the Neural Frames Platform. We have concluded a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR with these providers. These third parties provide a variety of services to Us, including without limitation sales, marketing, provision of content and features, advertising, analytics, research, data storage, security and fraud prevention.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software that is integrated in the Neural Frames Platform or any other third-party products, services or businesses who will provide their services under their own terms of use and privacy policy.

XI. Social Login

In order to make the Neural Frames Platform easy to use, We use a so-called social login feature as descried in Our Terms of Service ("Social Login"). This enables You to log in to the Neural Frames Platform with the login data of a single sign-on provider and thus not have to maintain any further login data. The use of a Social Login requires that You have already created an existing user account with the single sign-on provider, for example a social network. In order to log in with the Social Login, You must click on the Social Login button on the Neural Frames Platform login screen and, when being redirected to the login screen of the single sign-on provider, enter Your login data of the Social Login.

To perform the authentication, We receive certain personal data about You. Among other things, this includes a user ID together with information that You are registered with the ID with the respective single sign-on provider. We receive this ID exclusively for the purpose of authentication, i.e. any processing on Our part that goes beyond authentication is not permitted. Whether additional data is transmitted to Us, and if so, which, depends on the single sign-on provider used, Your account settings made with this provider, and any data releases selected as part of the authentication process. Which data We receive from the respective Social Login providers can vary. As a rule, however, it is the email address and the user name. The legal basis for processing the above-mentioned data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the need to provide You with an uncomplicated login to use the Neural Frames Platform. The data is deleted when it is not required for the mentioned purposes anymore or other legal grounds for processing the data apply.

XII. Rights of the data subjects

In all cases where We process Your personal data, You have the following rights:

  • You have the right to request information about the processing of Your personal data (right to information).

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the processing of Your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint in the (EU member) state of Your residence, Your place of work, and/or the place of the alleged infringement. In other words, You can choose the supervisory authority to which You wish to submit Your complaint from the above-mentioned locations. The supervisory authority to which You lodge Your complaint will inform You of its status and results, including the possibility of a judicial remedy.
  • You have the right to withdraw Your consent to the processing of Your personal data at any time. The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing in the past.

XIII. Right to object

You may object at any time, on grounds relating to Your particular situation, to the processing of Your personal data based on the legitimate interests pursued by Us or a third party. The processing of Your personal data will then be discontinued unless We can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override Your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

XIV. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures in order to protect Your personal data from incidental or intentional manipulations, of partial and complete loss, destruction and unauthorized access. Our security measures are upgraded in accordance with the current and future technological developments.
